Clay and plants

On a hot afternoon, there to the sides of the Alentejo, between Arez and Vale de Guizo.

The clay that comes from the earth continues to support the soil that supports this harmonious set of the most diverse plants.

They are ornamental, exotic plants in this Portugal. They'll have come across the sea. They'll be endemic stops.

Other worlds so close, encased in clay in capricious ways.

There is even a basin that once will have as hand washed of those who, tired, came home, looking for soups and rest.

The menu of a restaurant lurks on the left denouncing that this arrangement is a welcome offer to the look of those who arrive.
